I just want to say, if you’re going to use ground ivy, please, PLEASE, make sure it’s 100% organic, and never, ever, ever, mix it with blood thinners! I’ve seen too many people get into trouble because they didn’t check interactions! Also, tea is great, but tinctures are more potent-just start with 2 drops under the tongue and go slow! Don’t be like me and go full 10ml on day one-my stomach still hasn’t forgiven me!
